Why Does the Essay Title Matter

Why Does the Essay Title Matter?Have you ever wondered why students often seem to struggle with the essay topic? As a teacher I notice this with my students, most struggle with the title of the essay and find it difficult to find things that are interesting about the essay topic. The truth hurts in life and not only that but people do not like being lied to.The second most common reason for a student failing to provide a sufficient topic is when the person fails to read the outline provided by the teacher. The topics included in the outline should be reviewed carefully to see how the ideas in the outline relate to the essay topic. Students must realize that they will be required to include the topic in the essay and they need to write an essay that is worth reading. Not only must the essay be good but the writer needs to write an essay that is interesting. It is essential to have factual support for all of the claims that are made in the essay. When students provide sources for each c laim they are usually met with resistance from the student. Students must have the confidence to provide all of the necessary information without having to fight for the fact. The information provided by the students should be very compelling and should raise questions about the facts presented by the student's credibility. The writer must be able to highlight the various problems that arise from the student's credibility. Students will always find the issue of credibility to be very compelling. The fact of the matter is that students do not like being lied to.Writing about credibility issues can prove to be very challenging. The writer must make sure that the writer presents each problem in a way that is simple to understand and that is useful to the reader. The essay is most effective when the reader can easily follow the logic that the writer lays out. A student should do their best to avoid making the essay too confusing or too abstract. When writing about credibility issues, it i s important to recognize that the reader will turn away from the student who tries to provide too much information and instead will seek the insights provided by the writer. Students need to ensure that they do not present a scenario that the reader finds difficult to relate to. If the student tries to present the student as a hopeless romantic, then the reader will quickly look for reasons to avoid the author.Students often struggle with the title of the essay, when writing about the truth hurts. The title should be selected carefully and it is important to write an essay that is worth reading. The title should provide a hook for the essay that has already been written. Students will often struggle with selecting a good title that will catch the attention of the reader immediately. Most importantly the essay should not contain empty statements or claims that lack substance. The student needs to remember that the audience has an expectation that the essay will include a certain amoun t of content, and a student that provides nothing but empty claims is likely to be met with resistance. As the writer, the student needs to remember that the audience is looking for substance and will resist an essay that is full of empty claims.
